Any other additional costs will be paid before delivery =
Total Payment

  • Personal Artwork. At a minimum, base costs will start at $60 and may go up to $120 depending on the project.

  • Commercial Artwork. At a minimum, base costs will start at $150 and may go up to $300 depending on the project. Depending size of Customer, base costs will increase up to 200%. Review Commercial Work section in Additional Costs

  • Base Costs could increase depending on complexity / size of project up till the max.

Additional Costs

  • Commercial Work. Costs will be proportionate to the size of the customers. The bigger the customer, the min/max costs will increase up to 200%. Smaller the customer, the min/max base costs will be listed price. For smaller creators, I am willing to negotiate.

  • Licenses. Additional costs will be based on the price of the licenses. Fonts, assets, etc costs money on my end. Costs will increase if I need to purchase additional assets or if you request a specific font that I will need to purchase.

  • PSD / Working Files. Additional costs will be 25%-50% of final costs. If you request the working files, any files associated with the project such as .psd, .png, fonts, stock images, etc will be added to the google drive. Any ideas within the working files can be appropriated for different mediums (such as video, thumbnails, etc). Credit is required if doing so. Higher percentage based on file complexity

  • Reduced/Rushed Schedule. Additional costs will be between 10% to 30% depending on the demand and my own time. I have a day job. If the demand is within 1-2 weeks, the cost will be added. Note: If the deadline is intense, I may not pick up the project in the first place.

  • Purchasing Alt Versions. Additional costs will be a reduced price of the base cost. The cost will be between 60-90% of base costs. I tend to make "alternative" versions of the main graphic. These tend to be another perspective of the main graphics' main idea. I may provide alt versions for ideas to take from for the main graphic. These versions will be posted to my social media unless direction to not post has been given.

  • Work Complexity + Mutiple Drafts. With graphic design, the commission process is different from illustrations. I'm able to send out multiple drafts, variations, etc pretty quickly. There will be 3 "draft" phases where we flesh out a lot of the details. If it goes over 3 phases and/or work is more complex then originally planned and/or work is out of scope, additional costs may be added as well.

Workflow

  1. Reviewing details of the project. After receiving information, references, etc from the customer

  2. Flesh out scope of project. Figure out if its personal/commercial, how many designs are requested, where the designs are used, etc. I will decide to pick up the project or not.

  3. Discuss Costs. I will make a decision on the base costs based on information presented. Willing to negotiate with smaller creators.

  4. First Payment - 50% of Base Costs. Through Paypal, I will send a request for the amount agreed upon.

  5. Flesh out finer details. I will be asking more specific questions of the project such has themes, purpose, and direction. Throughout the entire process, I will be asking questions.

  6. Designing, Feedback, and Alt Vers. I will send 2-5 screenshots of early stage of the designs. We will discuss which design draft will work best, what elements we should edit, etc. Feedback and input is welcome / expected during this stage. At some point a vers. will be decided upon.

  7. Discussing Final Costs. We will discuss any additional costs (ex:purchacing alt vers) and then I will provide the remaining costs (Second 50% + Additional Costs).

  8. Final Payment. I will request the remaining costs through Paypal.

  9. Delivery. I will provide a google drive link to the designs. We will also discuss who/when/where to post the assets.

What you get.

  • Google Drive Link containing the designs + assets

  • Communication. I will respond as soon as possible (I tend to be most open around 7pm to 3am EST / When im off work). Feel free to DM about progress / ideas / etc.

  • Mutiple versions if requested + within my ability (such as sizes/formats/CYMK, etc)

  • Work in Progress + open communication regarding feedback + input.

  • Do whatever you want with the artwork with credits as long as it fits within the terms.

  • Privacy of Work. In general, I will probably be posting the artwork onto my socials at some point unless we set up expectations on who can post / where to post. Ex: Vtuber that hasn't debuted yet. I am willing to wait / not post on my page if given explicit direction not to post.
